Stellar white marbles was selected for the main lobby of this high-status property.
Lincoln Property Co. has purchased 2300 N St. NW in the West End of Washington DC in 2011. Following the termination of 5 years lease by the New York Law Firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LPC decided to renovate the 25-year-old building.
Their spacious 2 story lobby and its nearby corridors leading at the central elevators, stellar white marble in relatively big dimensional cut to size stones has been used for the flooring and cladding of the walls.
Washington’s prime hotels are within a few blocks walk, including The Fairmont Washington, DC, The Park Hyatt, The Westin Georgetown and The Ritz Carlton Washington Marriott.
The significant renovation of the Building includes the Building entrance and ground floor lobby, elevators with the Greek white marble as well as bathrooms and upper floor common areas applying energy-friendly materials allowing the owners to register for LEED certificate.
